Hello! And greetings from the Food and Beverage Director here at Columbia Edgewater Country Club.

Columbia Edgewater has so much to offer in the food and beverages department. We have two inviting dining areas—The Grill upstairs welcomes members and their guests for lunch six days a week, dinner four days a week, and weekend breakfast. Our course-level Mac Room is perfect for folks to park their clubs and hang out after a round of golf. This cozy lounge is open Thursday-Sunday from 11 until dark serving lunch and dinner, plus a special 'Mac Room' menu featuring pub food favorites. The menus change slightly every week, but always keeps our standard go-to dishes.

In addition to the two Clubhouse restaurants, we have a Poolside Café. Open from Memorial Day until Labor Day, this casual café offers ‘poolside’ fair—burgers, wraps, salads, etc. And throughout the year, weather permitting, you'll find a well-stocked beverage cart out on the course, where in addition to adult beverages, you can get a sandwich or snack to help you make it to the 18th hole. Plus, every Friday-Sunday during the summer months, we open South Point, our converted horse cart.

We also have a wonderful event facility that can accommodate about 200 for a sit-down dinner or up to 350 for a standing event. We often host weddings, corporate outings, trainings, meetings, etc. We also have two smaller reservable areas for those quiet, intimate gatherings or events. Our Vista Room that sits atop the Clubhouse can seat 30+ and our cozy library that can handle about 25 guest. Both are perfect for small party dinners for private meetings.

You can always count on seasonal food served at the Club that is sourced from good places—no farm raised salmon served here! We are also proud of our top-notch staff trained to meet the needs of our members. Your experience at the club will always be a pleasant one, and if it is not, you just let me know!
